We are currently seeking a high-caliber Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager to cope with our rapid expansion.
Responsibilities
- Assist to coordinate sales activities and manage digital inventory
- Assist to implement various projects, including social media, digital marketing, and/or integrated marketing campaigns, partnership programs including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, roadshows, and display advertising campaigns
- Assist to develop relevant proposals and presentation materials
- Liaise with both internal and external parties and to coordinate different ad hoc projects
Responsibilities
- University graduate with at least 2-5 years of solid experience in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing or related disciplines (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Related work experience in digital media or advertising agencies will be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be organised, numerate and have strong attention to detail
- Good PC knowledge in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Able to work under pressure
- Immediate availability is preferred
