We are currently seeking a high-caliber Digital Manager / Senior Digital Manager to cope with our rapid expansion.
Responsibilities
- Devise and implement various digital and social media strategies to enhance our digital presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Counsel and support both sales and creative teams on how to best deliver campaigns that maximise outreach and drive results
- Stay abreast of social media updates and trends, behavioural changes of digital audiences, and best practices, sharing with the team new insights and recommendations
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Involve in other ad hoc tasks
Requirements
- A pro-active, passionate approach to all things digital: bringing your ideas to life through explanations that engage and excite internal and external audiences
- Enthusiasm for strategic planning and business development
- Confident, trust-worthy, aggressive, outgoing and pleasant
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Must be numerate and have strong attention to detail
- Well-organized and able to work under pressure
- Experience in Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and Facebook Ads Manager is preferred
- Sound knowledge of digital applications and trends and passion and drive to initiate digital marketing ideas
- Ability to achieve results while working independently
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- University graduate with 4-8 years of solid experience in digital marketing
- Experience in digital media or media buying agencies will be a definite advantage
