We are currently seeking a high-caliber Assistant Marketing Manager / Marketing Manager to cope with our rapid expansion.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement various digital marketing strategies, integrated marketing campaigns, and partnership programs
- Develop presentation materials for marketing and communications
- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence
- Analyze and evaluate keywords and web traffic to improve the performance of search marketing and make recommendations to improve conversions
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Prepare and present dashboards and reports for findings and insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Involve in project and account management and other ad hoc tasks
Requirements
- University graduate with at least 4-8 years of solid experience in digital marketing
- Experience in digital media, agencies, or startups will be a definite advantage
- Confident, trust-worthy, aggressive, outgoing and pleasant
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Must be numerate and have strong attention to detail
- Well-organized and able to work under pressure
- Experience in Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and Facebook Ads Manager is preferred
- Sound knowledge of digital applications and trends and passion and drive to initiate digital marketing ideas
- Ability to achieve results while working independently
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese
